THG has been in business for over 20 years, with a sister company operating since 1947. THG offers a solid knowledge base in the construction and transportation fields with many members bringing years of experience to this challenging professional environment.
Tunnel Hill is best known for its custom crushing, rock sales, and earth moving capabilities. We have rock sources around the city of Chelan and supply various materials for road surfacing, drainage and bedding, landscaping, and wall retainage. In addition to the private sector, we have worked with several Washington counties, as well as state and federal agencies. From a trucking standpoint, Tunnel Hill Granite focuses primarily on hauling rock and heavy machinery. We are a family owned business with strong ties to our community.
In 2007, control of THG was transferred to 3rd generation family members. In 2010 THG was certified as a State Minority/Women’s Business Enterprise (M/WBE) and a Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). We feel this certification is going to help THG be even more competitive in the public sector going forward into the next decade.
